• Billing data — payment is processed by Stripe. We store only your subscription tier and renewal date; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Log data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps collected automatically by our servers.
• Cookies — session cookies used to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Sleek With service.
• Generate AI-designed web pages based on your prompts.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send transactional emails (account verification, receipts).
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. AI-Generated Content

Your prompts and any reference images you upload are sent to AI model providers to generate web page content. These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies. We do not use your prompts to train our own models. Generated HTML content is stored in your account and is under your control.

• InsForge — our backend infrastructure provider that handles database storage and authentication.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated projects for as long as your account is active. If you delete a project it is permanently removed from our database. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and HTTP-only session cookies. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

8. Children

Sleek With is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us their information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
