Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sleek With. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Sleek With offers a Free tier and paid plans (Pro and Builder). Plan details, pricing, and generation limits are described on the pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time via your account billing settings.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sleek With to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or other malicious content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
• Use automated scripts to scrape or excessively stress our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this section without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of the prompts you provide and the HTML output generated for you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Our content: The Sleek With platform, including its design, code, branding, and any content we create, is owned by Read Write Code and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or repurpose our platform without permission.

Free plan watermark: Pages exported on the Free plan include a “Built with Sleek” badge. You may remove this badge by upgrading to a Pro or Builder plan.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses large language models to generate web page code. AI output can be unpredictable. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated output before publishing it publicly. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Read Write Code and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in whichRead Write Code is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice.
